Synthesis of affinity column of phosphatidylinositol-3,4-diphosphate

Phosphatidylinositol polyphosphates (PIPx) are related with tyrosine kinase activation, cell proliferation and carcinogenesis. In order to investigate the action mechanism of PIPx, it is desirable to synthesize affinity column of PI-3,4-P2, which is expected to be able to isolate the binding proteins of PI-3,4-P2. Thyramine reacted with CH-Sepharose 4B giving column 13. The p-amino group of 3'-(1',2'-distearoyl-glyceryl)-1-(2-p-aminobenzyl)-3,4-di-O-phosphoryl-myo-inosityl phosphate (12) was diazotized, then diazo-coupled with column 13 to give PI-3,4-P2 affinity column 14. This PI-3,4-P2 affinity column is an effective tool to pick up binding proteins of PI-3,4-P2.     

Formation of Singularities in One-Dimensional Hydromagnctic Flow

Two results on thc formation ofsingularit ies in solutions to the system of onc-dimcusional hydromnagnctic dynamics arc presented.In particular,it is shown that shocks form from a smooth spatial periodic flow in a finitc time if the initial amount s of cntropy and thc "magnetic field" in cach period arc smaller than thosc of sonn waves.A quantitative estimate of blow-up timc is also given.     

含最大值函数的递归序列解的行为

本文研究了下列含最大值函数的差分方程解的行为：xn 1=max(xn^1 1,A)/xn^axn-k,n=0,1,2,…，其中α∈[0,∞]，A∈（0，∞）and k∈(1,2,3，…）。得到了方程（＊）的严格振动性，环长，周期性以及方程（＊）解的非平凡正解极限的不存在性的一些充分条件，这些结果包含和推广了一些已知的结果并部分解答了G.Ladas的两个公开问题。     

锗等离子体远紫外光谱研究

互通多孔碳/二氧化锰纳米复合材料的原位水热合成及电化学性能

以互通多孔碳（IPC）为载体，水热条件下在碳表面原位反应生成纳米结构的二氧化锰（MnO₂），制备互通多孔碳/二氧化锰纳米（IPC/MnO₂）复合电极材料. 采用扫描电镜（SEM），透射电镜（TEM），X射线衍射（XRD），热重分析（TGA）对其结构进行表征；采用循环伏安法、恒流充放电和交流阻抗对其电化学性能进行研究. 结果表明：生成的MnO₂均匀地负载在碳的表面，形成多层次结构，并且随着温度的升高IPC表面负载的MnO₂由纳米颗粒变为纳米片状结构；MnO₂纳米片具有典型的K-Birnessite 型晶体结构；复合物中MnO₂的含量约为34%（w）. 在100 ℃制备的IPC/MnO₂复合材料在三电极系统中最高比电容达到了411 F·g^-1；随着反应温度的升高,比容量先增长后基本保持不变. 以IPC/MnO₂为正极，活性炭（AC）为负极，1 mol·L^-1 Na₂SO₄溶液为电解液组装成IPC/MnO₂//AC 混合超级电容器，发现IPC/MnO₂电极的电容器其电位窗口从1 V扩展到1.8 V，容量可达86F·g^-1，且表现出良好的电容特性和大电流放电性能.     

Synthesis of Analogues of the Antitumor （1→6）-Branched （1→3）-Glucohexaose

β-D-Glcp-(1→）3-[β-D-Glcp-(1→6)-]α-D-Manp-(1→3)-β-D-Glcp-(1→3)-[β-D-Glcp(1→6)-]D-Glcp(18)and β-D-Glcp(1→3)-[β-D-Glcp(1→6)-]α-D-Manp-(1→3)-β-D-Glcp(1→3)-[β-D-Glcp(1→6)-]β-D-Glcp-D-(1→3)-Glcp-1→OM3(29)were synthesized as the analogues of the immunomodulator β-D-Glcp-(1→3)-[β-D-Glcp(1→6)-]α-D-Glcp(1→3)-β-D-Glcp(1→63)-[β-D-Glcp(1→6)-]D-Glcp through coupling of trisaccharide donors 9 with trisaccharide acceptor 16 and tetrasaccharide acceptor 27 followed by deprotection,respectively.

采用溶胶-凝胶法制备了掺杂稀土离子Er3 及Er3 /Yb3 的TiO2纳米晶体,考察了样品在980 nm激发光源作用下,不同的稀土离子掺杂量、不同的焙烧温度、不同的激发温度等对其上转换发光特性的影响,并对Er3 /Yb3 共掺杂的上转换发光机制进行了探讨.     

PREPRARATION OF CoPcS/TiO2/BEADS AND THEIR PHOTOCATALYTIC REACTIVITY FOR PHOTODEGRADATION OF VEGETABLE OIL FLOATING ON WATER

The paper introduces the preparation of floating TiO2/beads photocalyst attached to the hollow glass micro-beads surface by sol-gel technique using tetrabutyl titanate as material and the preparation of floating CoPcS/TiO2/beads by dip-coatig technique. The optimal factor of degradation of vegetable oil floating on water using CoPcS/TiO2/beads was studied. The result showed that the removal rate of vegetable oil floating on water can highly reach 90% at the optimal condition （acidity or neutrality, 375W medium-pressure mercury vapour lamp, illumination 2h-3h, lg CoPcS/TiO2/beads）. The photocatalytic removal efficiency causing by CoPcS/TiO2/beads was increased rapidly by adding a trace amount of H2O2.
